Directa Plus is one of the largest producers of graphene nanoplatelets-based products worldwide. Starting from graphite, the company developed a chemical-free patented technology process able to produce a pure and high-performance material, called G+® Graphene Plus. G+® can be incorporated into fabrics through different technologies, including printing, lamination, impregnation and coating.
G+® PLANAR THERMAL CIRCUIT®
A functional print that can be applied to any type of fabric, obtaining a thermal circuit, able to interact with the body by absorbing and moving heat from the hottest to the coldest parts. This print provides antimicrobial and UV protection.
G+® MEMBRANES
G+® is incorporated into the polyurethane membrane that can be laminated self-standing or combined with a PTFE membrane directly to a fabric, providing water resistance, breathability and a unique thermal comfort, as well as antibacterial protection.
G+® IMPREGNATION
Directa Plus has developed an impregnation process in which the fabric is immersed in a water-based bath containing G+®. It provides a completely antimicrobial and antiviral fabric.
G+® COATINGS
Directa Plus has developed a special coating enriched with G+®, specific for external applications, accessories and furniture. It has a very high resistance to abrasion, tear and wear and UV, moreover it provides a completely antimicrobial surface and improves thermal comfort.
