Vislon® Nylon & DP300 Nylon Snap button: Recycling friendly zipper and button for the Newcycling® process. Due to its nylon composition, this new products can be easily recycled together with the nylon garment it is attached to, without the need for removal. 

FlexFix® AcroPlating®: YKK has developed an in-house machine that can perform effective plating while reducing the usage for water, electricity, and chemicals. Thanks to FlexFix® (High performance durability snap fastener system) and AcroPlating®’s innovative technologies, the items will last longer without loss of performance.

Natulon® is a sustainable zipper due to the recycled tape made from PET bottles and other post-consumer materials using the latest technology. YKK produces both mechanically or chemically recycled tape within Natulon® range.

GreenRise® zipper is partially made with the by-product of sugar production which allows for a reduction in its petroleum usage and the associated C02 emissions.
